SSA's leadership team is responsible for translating organizational strategy into programs, partnerships, services, and day-to-day operations.
Alexandr Semco
Executive Director
Alexandr provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Spokane Slavic Association. His responsibilities include organizational development, financial sustainability, grant development, major partnerships, funder and community relationships, and the continued growth of SSA's programs and initiatives.
Alina Sokol
Operations Manager
Alina oversees SSA's day-to-day operations and helps ensure that programs, staff, facilities, and internal systems work effectively together. She coordinates organizational activities and supports the implementation of SSA's priorities across programs and services.
Vladimir Kronin
Director of Social Integration Program
Vladimir leads SSA's Social Integration Program, helping develop and coordinate initiatives that create opportunities for individuals and families to connect, participate, build relationships, and become more engaged in the broader community.
Our Team Extends Beyond Leadership
SSA's work is made possible by more than its Board and leadership team.
Program staff, coordinators, support staff, volunteers, contractors, community partners, and other contributors help deliver services, organize activities, maintain operations, connect people with resources, and bring new ideas to the organization.
Volunteers in particular have been part of SSA's story from the beginning and continue to play an important role throughout our programs and community initiatives.
